By car, take the A104 north off the North Circular at the Waterworks roundabout then turn left at the petrol station down Oak Hill. Go left at the mini-roundabout then right at the Royal Oak. Turn right onto The Avenue just before the level crossing. Richmond Avenue is the first left.
